After 11 years, this will be my last AIDS Walk as a board member of this amazing organization. Since 1988 the Damien Center has provided life affirming services to many people marginalized by HIV/AIDS by offering a sanctuary from the stigma and social issues surrounding this disease. Please help me go out with a bang and contribute to my walk. I can assure you your contribution will go to supporting the physical, emotional and spiritual well being of many wonderful people who visit our Center daily or live with us.

ABOUT AIDS Walk & Festival 2019

The AIDS Walk & Festival is a community event in Washington Park to increase awareness about HIV/AIDS and raise money to help people living with and affected by the disease. This inspiring event calls on people of all ages and backgrounds to come together and learn how we can End the AIDS Epidemic in New York once and for all!

The event will be fun-filled, informative, and family friendly, with a scavenger hunt walk, free food and entertainment, community resources and local businesses, and much more. All donations support the programs and services at the Albany Damien Center.
